Using Profile Filter in Ignite
Filtering & Organizing Profiles:
In order to narrow all the profiles available in your account to a specific set of Profiles, use the Filter feature located on the left of the profile cards in the profiles page. You can filter your profiles by several criteria, including location, business category, phone number etc.
Accessing the Profile Filter Panel
- Now that you know how to search for prospects using the Global Search Bar, let’s take a look at the Profile Filter Panel. These filters can help you get the best fit for the solutions/product you sell and also helps you gauge their spending ability.
The
filter symbol on the right side of the panel is used
to close/open the filter panel on the profile page.
Understanding the refining conditions in filters:
1 Search box filters - Type something and choose from a list of auto-suggested values.
2 Checkbox filters (single select or multi-select) - Select one or more values. You can also deselect one or all if needed.
3 Range filters - Search for businesses that have the signal value within the specified range.
Refining options on Ignite
Toggle Options:
Yes/No: Within many of these Filter Options is the ability for you to use the YES, No, and Neutral toggles. These toggles can be used in various combinations to help you hone in on the specific types of businesses you are seeking.
a. By default, the Yes/No toggle will be in Neutral (apart from Website filter) in gray color, when you toggle to YES or triggered ON it turns to green and when you toggle to NO or triggered OFF, it turns to red.
b. Use the YES toggle to identify those characteristics/capabilities Ignite’s should have in order for them to be considered viable prospects.
c. Use the NO toggle to call out the needs that potential businesses must have that your solutions can solve
Date Filters:
Profiles added date shall be seen here.
a. Defaults will be blank
b. Whereas From and date can be selected here.
Using Profile Filters
1 Go to Profiles Page by Clicking on the Profiles icon from the left navigation panel.
2 The profile filter panel is located in the left navigation panel.

4 Expand the sections
in the Filter Panel by clicking on the ()
icon against each section. Also click on (
)
to collapse the section.
Note:
Apply button will be active only after you select atleast one filter.
5 Clicking on the Apply button will display all the business profiles based on the applied filters.
