Using Profile Filter in Ignite

Filtering & Organizing Profiles:

In order to narrow all the profiles available in your account to a specific set of Profiles, use the Filter feature located on the left of the profile cards in the profiles page. You can filter your profiles by several criteria, including location, business category, phone number etc.

Accessing the Profile Filter Panel

  • Now that you know how to search for prospects using the Global Search Bar, let’s take a look at the Profile Filter Panel. These filters can help you get the best fit for the solutions/product you sell and also helps you gauge their spending ability.

filter-iconThe filter symbol on the right side of the panel is used to close/open the filter panel on the profile page.

Understanding the refining conditions in filters:

1 Search box filters - Type something and choose from a list of auto-suggested values.

2 Checkbox filters (single select or multi-select) - Select one or more values. You can also deselect one or all if needed.

3 Range filters - Search for businesses that have the signal value within the specified range.

Refining options on Ignite

Toggle Options:

Yes/No: Within many of these Filter Options is the ability for you to use the YES, No, and Neutral toggles. These toggles can be used in various combinations to help you hone in on the specific types of businesses you are seeking.

a. By default, the Yes/No toggle will be in Neutral (apart from Website filter) in gray color, when you toggle to YES or triggered ON it turns to green and when you toggle to NO or triggered OFF, it turns to red.

b. Use the YES toggle to identify those characteristics/capabilities Ignite’s should have in order for them to be considered viable prospects.

c. Use the NO toggle to call out the needs that potential businesses must have that your solutions can solve

Profiles added date shall be seen here.

a. Defaults will be blank

b. Whereas From and date can be selected here.

Using Profile Filters

1 Go to Profiles Page by Clicking on the Profiles icon from the left navigation panel.

This is used to filter profiles based on name, url, etc, from your list.

5+ Filters

Used to filter the profile which are added to your account based on specific categories

Technologies

11+ Filters such as CMS, etc

Filters your profiles based on the technologies used like CMS, Automation, etc.

SEM

Google Ads

Filters based on Google ads toggle.

Advertising

Facebook Ads

Google Ads, Budget and Traffic

Search for the businesses that are running Facebook Ads or Google AdWords. Refine further into Google Ads by specifying ranges for budgets and traffic.

Digital Security

SSL

Use this toggle to find prospects that have secure domain

BuzzScore

 

Fitlers your added profiles based on the BuzzScore

Digital Marketing Signals

10+ Filters such as Advertising, Local business presence

Filters your added profiles based on the digital marketing signals

E-Commerce

10+ filters such as E-commerce ready, Enabled, FB shop, Amazon seller etc.

Filters are based on E-commerce platform related signals and content.

Contacts

Contacts Available, Linkedin Presence, Email Address, Roles

Filter your added profiles to find businesses that have contact data available within their profile. This feature allows you to refine your search to find businesses that have contacts specific to the various employee levels, like C-Level, VP level, etc.

Filters Hiring can be toggled on and off, and Open Position in range format. From-To.

Firmographics

Employee count, annual revenue, Estimated Spend/Mo, Paycheck Protection Program

Filters your added profiles based on employee count, annual revenue and estimated spend/mo and Paycheck Protection Program. The Paycheck Protection Program filter will help you filter those businesses that have received a loan designed to provide direct incentive to small businesses so that they can keep their workers on the payroll

Filters recommended products that you sell

4 Expand the sections in the Filter Panel by clicking on the (down-arrow-icon-01) icon against each section. Also click on (up-arrow-icon) to collapse the section.

Note:

Apply button will be active only after you select atleast one filter.

5 Clicking on the Apply button will display all the business profiles based on the applied filters.
