Sync Multiple Profiles/Prospects To Your CRM
To sync profiles/prospects from Ignite to your CRM account, make sure your CRM account is connected with Ignite.

A. ADD & SYNC PROSPECTS
1 To find and sync prospects, enter your preferred location and the search intent (Category, Website URL, Business Name or Keyword) in the global search bar and click on the search icon.
You can also find prospects by clicking on the Prospect menu in the left main navigation bar, it will by default display the prospects from your previous search.
By clicking on the Search icon, you will be directed to the prospects page with the list of prospects based on the given location and search intent.
To sync prospects to your CRM, select single or multiple prospects by selecting the checkbox to the left of the business name.
1 Once the checkbox(es) are selected, the action menu will be displayed on the right side of the screen. Click on Add & Sync to CRM.
2 Clicking on Add & Sync to CRM, the application will check for any duplicates in your CRM and Ignite based on the dedupe logic in place. If there are no duplicates found, the application will add the selected prospects into your Ignite account and initiate the sync to your CRM account. A message will be displayed on the screen with the no. of profiles syncing to your CRM.
a. Click on the Activity Log link to view the status of the Sync. To know more about the activity log, refer to Section D in this document.
b. Click on the Stay Here button, to stay on the prospects page.
c. Click on the View Profile(s) button, to view the detailed Ignite of the added profile(s).
B. SYNC PROFILES
1 You can also sync Profile(s) that you have already added to your Ignite account. To sync Profiles, click on the Profile menu in the main navigation on the left.
2 Clicking on the Profile menu, you will be directed to the profiles page which will display the list of profiles that you have added to your Ignite account.
3 Choose the Profiles you want to Sync by selecting the checkbox(es) to the left of the business name. If you have added a profile to your CRM already, you will see the CRM icon to the right of the business name. Clicking on the CRM icon, you will be redirected to that specific record in your CRM.
4 By selecting the profiles, an action menu will be displayed on the right side of the screen. Click on Sync to CRM.
5 Clicking on the Sync to CRM in the action menu, the application will check for any duplicates in your CRM account. If there are no duplicates, the application will sync the selected profiles to your CRM and a success message will be displayed on the screen.
a. Click on the Activity Log link to view the status of the Sync. To know more about activity log, refer to Section D in this document.
b. Click on the Ok button, to stay on the profiles page.
C. DUPLICATE MANAGEMENT
1 When you have initiated a sync for Prospects or Profiles, the application will check for any duplicates in your CRM account. If there are any duplicates found, a pop up will be displayed notifying you about the duplicates.
a. In the BuzzBoard column, it will display the business name of the record in BuzzBoard.
b. In the Salesforce Column, it will display the business name of the record in your Salesforce/CRM account.
c. In the Record Owner Column, it will display the owner of the record in your Salesforce/CRM account.
d. In actions, clicking on the Add as New button will allow the specific record to be added as a new record in your CRM account. Clicking on the Update button, will allow the specific record details to be updated in your CRM account.
2 You can also take action for all duplicate records at once, by clicking on the action buttons at the footer.
a. In the footer actions, by clicking on Ignore, all the duplicate records will be ignored and will not sync to your CRM account. Clicking on the Add All button, all the duplicate records will be added as new records in your CRM account. Clicking on the Update All button, all the details of the duplicate records will be updated to the existing records in your CRM account.
3 If there are multiple duplicate records found in your CRM account, the application will display the multiple records provided with a radio button. You can select the relevant record and then take action.
4 Mouse over the record name to find out more details about the record.
5 To view the complete details of that record in your CRM account, click on the external link beside each of the record business names. Clicking the link will direct you to that record in your CRM account.
D. ACTIVITY LOG
1 In the activity log, you can view the status of the sync and other information. To view the Activity Log, click on the Activity Log tab at the header in the prospects or the profiles page.
2 View the table below to understand each column in the Activity Log.

This column displays the Location that was given to add the prospects. You can also search for the specific location by entering the location in the column search bar. |

Searched For |
This column displays the Search intent (Category, Website URL, Business Name or Keyword) that was given to add the prospects. You can also search for the specific search intent by entering the details in the column search bar. |

Date |
This column displays the date when that action has been performed. You can also filter the logs by the specific dates by selecting the required parameters in the column filter bar. |

This column displays the status of the Sync. You can filter the logs by selecting the specific status in the column filter bar. |

Profiles |
It displays the count of profiles for each log. a. Added: Displays the count of profiles added into your Ignite account. b. Synced to CRM: Displays the count of profiles that have synced to your CRM account for each specific log. c. Sync Failed: Displays the count of profiles that have failed to sync to your CRM account. The failed records may be due to duplications or validation errors. You can download the failed profiles report by clicking on the download icon, beside the failed count. You can also view the failed reason for each profile in that report. d. Not Synced to CRM: Displays the count of profiles that are not synced to your CRM account. This could is based on the profiles that you have added to Ignite account but you have not synced to your CRM account. |
