Introducing the "Look-Alikes" feature in the BuzzBoard SF application—a game-changing tool integrated seamlessly into the Salesforce UI to elevate your prospecting process. This innovative feature analyzes key signals such as category, location, and other attributes of your existing prospects to recommend high-potential leads with similar characteristics to those you have been successful with. By leveraging the Look-Alikes feature, sales reps can effortlessly discover new prospects that align with their most productive leads, saving valuable time otherwise spent on manual research. Enhance your sales strategy, identify more qualified leads, and expand your pipeline with ease using this powerful solution.

1 To access this feature, you need to upgrade the Salesforce application from the AppExchange.

2 Navigate to any record (Lead/Account/Venture) from within the Salesforce UI

3 Click the “Look-Alikes” Tab in the left panel. Alternatively, you can click the "Look-Alikes" CTA in the right panel, which will direct you to the corresponding Ignite application.

4 By clicking on 'New Prospects'. You'll be presented with an exciting list of 25 profiles that closely resemble your selected record from the BuzzBoard database, opening doors to fresh connections and potential collaborations!

5 Click the “ADD” button and seamlessly add your individual record.

6 If you want to add multiple records, check each box and click "ADD ALL".

7 Clicking “ADD” will display a popup where you can modify the products you want to focus on. After making any changes, click “DONE”.

8 To view the specific record, click on “VIEW PROFILE”.

9 *To identify a similar business from within your existing Salesforce records, click the "Within Salesforce" tab and follow the same process outlined above to add them.
