1 You can always search our library of articles for help, raise a ticket, chat or simply call us.
2 From the header click on the question mark icon for various types of assistance.
3 A drop down menu appears after clicking on the question mark icon.
4 The drop down menu has two options to help you with your queries.

- Need Support

1 Enter a keyword in the knowledge base search bar and hit enter or click on the magnifying icon for instant answers from Ignite support pages.
2 Once the keyword or a question has been entered, a new page will be opened with search results.
Need Support
1 Raise a ticket : Click on ‘Raise a ticket’ to enter your query/feedback in the form.
2 Clicking on raise a ticket will take you to a form where you can enter your query, feedback and also upload a file supporting your query.
3 By default, the senders name and email address are autofilled as per your profile details.
4 By clicking on the TYPE, a drop down menu appears with the following option.
- Problem
- Incident
- Question
- Task
5 Click on the option from the drop down menu as per your query.
6 By clicking on the priority option, a drop down menu appears with options as
- Urgent
- High
- Normal
- Low
7 Select the desired severity as per your query.
8 Enter the feedback and message (Query). You can also upload/attach a file supporting your query.
9 Click on the SUBMIT button to raise a ticket.
10 You can also view your ticket history and track your tickets in the Ticket History tab.
