Keyword Search In Website
The user can now refine a search by filtering for keywords that are present on the business website. This will help add value for users as they can now find websites more contextually with 'keywords' of interest to them. Find more information here.
1 To find prospects, enter a location in the Global Search Bar and click on the magnifying glass icon.
2 After the search has been initiated, the user will be redirected to the New Prospects page and presented with a list of prospects from the designated location.
3 Expand the Keyword Search In Website’ filter.
4 An Input Dialog Text Box will be available for the user to enter up to 5 keywords or keyword phrases.
5 You can start typing the keywords of interest in the dialog box. The maximum number of characters you can input per keyword or keyword phrase is 20 (including spaces). If using a single keyword, the logic will be 'or'. If using a keyword phrase, the logic will be 'and' for all keywords in the phrase.
For example :
The user enters 'economical' as their first keyword,
and 'ISO 9001' as their second keyword.
a) The results will be populated with all prospects
containing keywords 'economical' or 'ISO 9001'. That
is, the results will contain either both or any one
of the 2 keyword terms. (This is the explanation
of the ‘OR’ Logic)
b) In the case of the second keyword 'ISO 9001' -
It contains two words, now in accordance with the
'AND' logic, the results will contain only those
prospects that have both these words. Results which
have only ISO or only 9001, will not be included
in the search results.
6 After typing the keyword, hit enter. The keyword or keyword phrase will be applied and the prospects count will be adjusted accordingly. The applied keyword or keyword phrase will be visible in the filter panel.
7 You cannot enter the same keyword twice.
8 Keywords can not contain special characters (with the exception of an apostrophe).
9 You can deselect an applied filter by clicking on the 'x' symbol next to them, either in the applied filter panel or in the filter panel itself.
Note: The 'Keyword Search In Website' filter is only available when the 'website' filter is toggled on. If the website filter is toggled off, the 'Keyword Search In Website' filter automatically collapses and all the applied keywords are nullified. On Reactivation of the 'website' filter the previously applied keywords will be reactivated.
