Detailed Information about Home page and various options.
The homepage consists of informative cards that can be organised according to your preference.
BuzzBoard Academy
This card comprises the BuzzBoard Knowledge Base, video tutorials, and cheat sheets.
1 Q&A (Registration): The user can register for the scheduled Q&A call by clicking on the “ REGISTER NOW” button.
2 Benchmarking Report: By clicking on the” Click here” hyperlink user can download the report.
3 BuzzBoard Webinar: user can access all the previous webinar Series
4 Knowledge Base: Type your question in the search bar for instant answers.
5 Videos: Click on the video to access a playlist of tutorials on Infinity Overview, Search Bar, Competition, Category Insights, Recommendations, and many more.
6 Cheat Sheet PDFs: Click on the buttons labelled Homepage, Search Results, Profile, and Profile Signals for PDFs with information about how to use these features.
Prospecting Quick Start
BuzzBoard’s SMB database consists of a large number of prospects organized by market and business category. The prospecting card on the homepage displays the prospects in your preferred market and category.
1 Click on the “VIEW NOW” to view the list of prospects in your preferred category and market.
2 To add or update your preferences, click on the Update your preferences link.
3 Clicking on the Update your preferences re-directs you to the preferences page.
4 In the preferences page, you can add or change your preferred market. You can select only one market at a time.
5 You can also add or change your preferred categories. You can add up to 10 categories.
6 Click on the Prospect Now button to go to the homepage and view the prospecting card.
7 If no preferred categories are selected, the prospecting card will display the top 5 categories along with the prospects count in your preferred market.
Your Profiles Segmented by BuzzScore
This card provides information on how many total profiles you’ve added (top right), along with a breakdown of how many profiles per BuzzScore range.
1 The bubble tells you the number of profiles within the score range marked below. Clicking on the bubble will take you to a list of profiles included in the corresponding BuzzScore range.
2 On the homepage, view the list of profiles that correspond to the BuzzScore range you selected.
Note:
All the profiles in your account are segmented into 5 groups based on their BuzzScore. This way, you can quickly get a “big picture” overview and target accordingly.
Track Profiles for Your Favorite Signals
This card is displayed for all accounts with at least 10 profiles, and it includes the profile count per data signal. This will help you to filter profiles by your preferred signals.
1 View the list of profiles for each of the preferred signals by clicking on the profiles count.
2 Every profile from your account that qualifies for a signal listed will be included.

3 To set or update your preferred signals, click on your account name on the top right corner and then click on Settings.
4 The preferences tab will be selected by default in the settings page.
5 Scroll down to view the preferred signals section.
6 To set your preferred signals, click on the expand icon of the sections listed under Preferred Signals.
7 There is a YES/NO toggle for each signal.
8 Set your desired signal preferences and navigate to the homepage by clicking on the Take me to the homepage button. Once there, view your segmented profiles in the Track Profiles for Your Favorite Signals card.
Note:
The changes made in the preferences tab will be saved automatically.
9 Buzzboard will analyze all the profiles in your account, identify which ones qualify for each of the preferences given, and the Track Profiles for Your Favorite signals card will be updated accordingly.
Note:
Your Profiles Segmented By BuzzScore and Track Profiles for Your Favorite Signals cards appear only when you have added at least 10 profiles to your account.
Peak Sales Month for Prospecting
1 This card displays the monthly trending categories based on their peak sales month.
2 You can plan for months ahead with the peak sales data for various categories.
3 Click on the Get Prospects button to navigate to the prospects page and view the list of prospects for each respective category.
4 Click on More to expand the card and view all the trending categories for the month selected.

5 You can select any of your forecasting months in the expanded card view using the drop-down highlighted in the image below.
Trending Searches
This card displays the most frequently searched keywords by your team.
1 Clicking on any of the trending searches will navigate you to the respective prospect’s search page.
Saved Searches
This card will help you to easily access your recently saved searches.
2 This card displays the saved search title, market, estimated lead count, and created date for each of the saved searches.
3 Click on the FIND button to quickly repeat a search using the same criteria.
Note:
The filter panel will be prepopulated with the saved filters of that respective saved search
4 Click on the FIND button at the bottom of the left filter panel to reveal all the prospects that qualify based on your search criteria.
Organize the Cards
You can organize the cards according to your preferences by clicking on the organize link at the top of the homepage.
1 Click on organize and then change the position of the cards by dragging and dropping them to your preferred position.
2 You can also hide cards by clicking on the hide option found on each card.
3 Click on Save to save the changes, or click on Discard to undo your changes.
4 You also have an option to filter the data on your homepage by time period:
- Last 1 Month
- Last 2 Months
- Last 3 Months
- Last 6 Months
- Last 9 Months
- Last 12 Months
5 Click on the time duration drop-down at the top right side of the home page to select your desired time period..
Note:
By default, the data is set to the last 3 months.
Enable/Disable Auto-Generating of Competitors in Preferences
If you want BuzzBoard to add the competitors automatically, you have to enable Auto-Competition mode under settings. By default it would be disabled.
1 Click on your account name on the top right corner and then click on Settings.
2 Click on the Preferences tab and scroll down to the Competition section.
3 Enable Auto-Competition switch.
Note:
You can anytime disable the Auto-Competition switch if you want to manually choose and add the competitors
4 By enabling Auto-Competition, BuzzBoard will automatically add three competitors to your newly added profiles. You have to regenerate your existing profile(s) for the BuzzBoard to automatically add the competitors.
Note:
Auto-Competition is based on location and category, if a profile does not have location or category, you have to choose the location or category and choose the competitions in the Add Competitors pop up.
