Summary of the profile

The summary Tab is located top left corner of the detailed profile page. This card includes information on a range of topics (e.g. competition, technologies, firmographics, etc.) that indicate a business's current activities, growth, competition, and needs. It gives users an overview of the profile Ignite.

List of Cards on the Summary page:

1 Firmographics: This card includes details on employee headcount, business locations, annual revenue, Estimated spend/mo etc

2 AI Business Summary: he Business Summary is a concise and comprehensive overview of a company, generated through the power of AI.

3 Context: AI-Powered Context, Obtain a comprehensive understanding of the business, encompassing strengths, pain points, threats, and untapped opportunities.

Clicking on copy to clipboard “copy” the context. Click on “More” to redirect to the inner page.

4 Recent Trends: Recent Trends provides the last 3 months' performance of the profile in the following:

1. Website Traffic

2. Estimated Spend (Google Ads)

3. Hiring (Positions)

4. Technologies

5 Contacts: This card provides the name, title, and Linkedin profile details for a business’s key employees.

6 Request: You can request for new contact information if the provided details are not serving the purpose or in case there are no details displayed on the Contacts card. BuzzBoard will look into the details and provide you with the best of the information.

Click on Request as highlighted in the above image to request for contacts.

7 Report: You can report to BuzzBoard in case the provided contact information is incorrect. A Pop up as shown in the below image appears on the screen once you click on the report button.

Select the fields for which you would like to report incorrect data. Clicking on Submit will report the incorrect data to BuzzBoard.

8 Digital Marketing: This card provides an analysis of signals that impact a business’s digital health. It will help you to recognize the business’s critical needs and offer suitable products.

Signals which contribute to a business digital health

  1. Multi-Screen Compatibility - A website is multi-screen compatible when it can be accessed not only on desktop but also hand-held devices like mobiles and tablets.
  2. Keyword Analysis (SEO) - Keyword Analysis lets you know whether the keyword(s) are powering the website's URLs on search engines results or not. If they do, at which position in a bunch of search results?
  3. SEO Analysis - SEO stands for 'Search Engine Optimization.' It is the process of getting traffic from free, organic, editorial, or natural search results on search engines.
  4. Social Media Presence - Social media is an essential platform to not only reach new and potential customers but also to have a direct interaction with the existing ones.
  5. Local Business Presence - It is the presence of a business on popular local online directories that guide people to find local services and in turn help local businesses to reach and win more customers.
  6. Content Analysis - An analysis to examine whether the website has necessary information and content to engage its visitors.
  7. Infrastructure Robustness - An analysis to examine the website's speed and elements that impact its performance.
  8. Google Reviews - This refers to the number of customer reviews the business has on the web.

9 Domain Information: This card provides information related to the business website domain such as Domain URL, Registrar Name, Created Date and Domain Age.

10 Technology Stack: This card provides an overview of the technology that the business uses currently. The information here will help you to get a sense of the business operations, establish what technologies in use are compatible with your solutions.

11 Competition: The card compares the businesses digital health, HR & Organization and Communication to its competitors.

Clicking on More (as highlighted in the above image) will take you to the COMPETITION tab and provides more Ignite into the competition.

12 Category Ignite: Here you can get Ignite on the category-wide trends, peak sale months, preferred use of advertising media, top advertising media used and much more.

Clicking on More (as highlighted in the above image) will take you to the CATEGORY Ignite tab.

13 Google Reviews: This card shows the most relevant three reviews posted on Google, along with the total number of reviews and the overall rating.

Click on the total reviews count hyperlink , redirect to GMB URL.

14 Recommendations: Recommended solutions are based on a combination of various signals that are analyzed by BuzzBoard. Ice-breakers and relevant Ignite are also provided to help you engage with the business.

Clicking on More (as highlighted in the above image) will take you to the RECOMMENDATIONS tab.

15 HR & Organization: This card provides employee-related details, such as employee count headcount, reviews, ratings, and open positions.

Clicking on More will provide detailed information on HR & Organizations.

16 Communications: This card summarizes communications signals, such as telecom carrier, data usage and VoIP/analogue of the selected prospect.
