Detailed Profile

1 Once the prospects are added to your account, click on the Profiles tab on the extreme left navigation panel to view the profiles that have been added to your account.

2 This will give you a high-level view of the profiles added to your account as shown in the screen below in the card view. Information includes Business Name, Address, URL, Phone number, Business Age, Employee count, Annual Revenue, Locations, and contacts available for that business. By default, all profiles are shown in the card view. However you can also change the view of the page by toggling from card view to list view on the top right corner of the page.

Note:

You can use the filter panel to refine the profiles already added to your account.

3 The profiles are by default sorted by “Newly Added”. Use the Other sort options like BuzzScore, Business Age, Employees, Annual Revenue etc and sort them in ascending/descending order.

4 Click anywhere on the Business profile will take you to the detailed view of the profile and that will give you in-depth information about all of the signals.

5 Clicking on the business profile will take you to the “Summary” tab of the profile

6 The summary page will give you the summarized information for the business information on a range of topics (e.g. competition, technologies, firmographics, etc.) that indicate a business's current activities, growth, competition, and needs. It gives users an overview of the profile Ignite. Click here to know more about the Summary of the profile.

7 Click on the Detailed tab as shown below to view the details about the profile. There are three sub tabs present in the detailed profile as shown below

a. Digital Marketing

b. HR & Organization

c. Communication

8 Clicking on Detailed tab will by default take you to the Digital marketing tab that gives you information on elements that impact the business’s digital health. You will see the Multiscreen compatibility card in expanded mode.

9 You can also click on the Top card, to see the business information and firmographics signals of the profile.

Click on the ( V ) icon to expand the cards and click on ( ∧ ) to collapse.

10 We will now explain you what does every sections in the Digital marketing tab means:

a. Multi-Screen Compatibility A website is multi-screen compatible when it can be accessed not only on desktop but also hand-held devices like mobiles and tablets.

Digital Section Analysis - Applicable section contains an analysis. Users have the option to either click the "Expand" button to view the analysis for all sections or click the arrow icon within each section to individually view the analysis. To learn more about this please refer to the Section Analysis.

b. Advertising - Advertising is delivering paid promotional content through the internet to reach a target market.

c. E-Commerce - Provides you detailed information about the profiles e-commerce platform, return policy, customer tools, featured products information, etc.

d. Keyword Analysis (SEO) - Keyword Analysis lets you know whether the keyword(s) are powering the website's URLs on search engines results or not. If they do, at which position in a bunch of search results?

Keyword rank may vary based on the location.

e. SEO Analysis - SEO stands for 'Search Engine Optimization. ' It is the process of getting traffic from free, organic, editorial, or natural search results on search engines.

f. Social Media Presence - Social media is an essential platform to not only reach new and potential customers but also to have a direct interaction with the existing ones

g. Local Business Presence - It is the presence of a business on popular local online directories that guide people to find local services and in turn help local businesses to reach and win more customers.

  • Ensuring a business is listed with correct information on relevant directories can help people to find a local service, driving directions to the business, or read reviews.
  • Businesses in search results, that are listed on directories, are considered more trustworthy compared to those which are not.

h. Content Analysis - An analysis to examine whether the website has necessary information and content to engage its visitors.

i. Infrastructure Robustness - An analysis to examine the website's speed and elements that impact its performance.

j. Google Reviews - This refers to the number of customer reviews that the business has on the web. Reviews are a great way to understand customer experience and work towards improving customer satisfaction. Further, they also help new customers make purchasing decisions.

The sentiment (Positive, Neutral and Negetive) analyse based on the star ratings.

Negative 1 and 2

According to below example, of the reviews, 95% were rated 4 or 5, 5% were rated 3, and none were rated 1 or 2.

Click on "Review Summary" to navigate to the inner page. Here, you will find the review summary in graphical representation along with the relevant reviews.

By selecting More, you will be taken to the Google My Business page.

11 Click on the HR & Organization tab as shown below to view the signals under that tab

HR & Organization - Click on the tab to get detailed information about employee count, employee reviews, open positions and employee rating.

Click on Open positions to view the recent job positions listed by the business on Indeed.

12 Click on the Communications tab as shown below to view the signals under that tab

Communications - Click on this tab to get detailed information on the communication technology used by that particular business.

ACTIONS

Apart from viewing multiple signals, you can also do the below:

  1. Edit profile,
  2. Customize profile
  3. Regenerate profile
  4. Share or email
  5. Download report
  6. Notes & context
  7. Archive profile.

Below are the details on all the options available.

1 Edit Profile - This is used to add or update name, address and phone number of a profile.

Information updated here is only shown to you.

Click on Done to save the changes or Cancel to go back to the detailed profile page without making any changes.

2 Customize Profile - This is used to Hide or Show the tabs in the profile

Clicking on Customize profile button will open another page to select signals which are to be hidden or shown on the detailed profile page.

Click on Save to save the selection or Cancel to go back to the detailed page without making any changes.

3 Regenerate Profile - This is used in regenerating the business to rerun the analysis and update the digital profile.

Once clicked on the button, a pop up appears on the screen asking you for a selection to continue or not. If clicked YES, the profile will regenerate and will be updated with any latest

information available. If clicked NO, the profile will go back to the previous page without making any changes.

4 Share or Email This is used to share the detailed profile, compact profile, competition report and google ads report via email.

  • Enter the email address of recipients with whom you want to share the report.
  • Enter the subject addressing the report.
  • After selecting report attachment to share, a preview email is shown.
  • Click on Send to share the email with reports.

Click on back located on the top right corner of the page to discard the email.

5 Download - This is used to download desired reports in PDF or PPT format

Note:

Only Comprehensive report is available for download under PPT format.

Clicking on the download option will open a popup with multiple options.

By default, only detailed profile and compact profile reports are shown on the popup. Click on More button to access all available reports.

Select the desired report and click the download button to get the reports in PDF or PPT formats.

Clicking on the cancel

button will take you back to the detailed page without making any changes.

6 Notes & Context - This is used to note down key points about a profile for a good sales pitch.

You can enter a title, add a reminder or upload a file which can help in a good sales pitch. To save the notes or Context, click on the done button else click on cancel to back to the previous page.

7 Archive - This is used to move a profile into an archive folder

When clicked on the archive, a popup appears showing you the option to continue. Click on yes to archive a profile or click on NO to cancel the archive.

Click on X on the top right corner to go back to all profiles in your account.
