Add a Prospects Manually
If you know the details of a business and are unable to find them by searching, you can add that prospect manually.
Here's how to do it.

1 Perform a search in the Global search bar - Use either the business name or URL or keyword or category and mention the location in the location search bar - and click on search.
2 Click here to know more about the Global Search Bar and how you can search for prospects using the global search bar.
3 ADD MANUALLY button is available on the bottom of the page if the results obtained does not match what you are looking for.
4 Clicking on the ADD MANUALLY button will redirect you to a page with two options.
A. Let us find & add the business for you
You can either ask BuzzBoard to find and add a business for you or you can choose whether that Profile needs to be auto-updated into your account or just notify you.
You will be receiving an email from BuzzBoard depending on th e type of request and solution to your registered email address.
B. Add the business yourself -
Enter the three mandatory fields which are mentioned below in order for a business to add manually.
- Business Name.
- City.
- State.
Click on the ADD button to add the profile manually.
Note:
When a user searches by entering the URL in the search bar, they will also have an option to generate the profile with just the URL as shown in the image below.
