How to Add Multiple Profiles at a Time

1 Search for a new prospect in the Global Search bar at the top of the page. The Global Search bar is highlighted as shown in the below screen:

2 Click on the checkboxes as shown below to select the profiles that you would like to add to your account. You can add only up to 100 profiles at a time..

3 Click on ADD TO PROFILES to add the selected profiles to your account

4 Clicking the ADD PROFILE button opens a pop-up on the screen showing all products to sell to prospects. Modify product set by selecting or deselecting checkboxes.

5 Once you click on the ADD PROFILE button, a pop-up appears on the screen showing an overview of the selections.

6 As soon as the process of adding the prospects to your profile is completed in the overview, another popup will appear on the screen with a confirmation.

7 Click on View Profiles button to view the profiles which are added to your account.

8 Clicking on Stay here will keep you in the same search results page. However, the prospects which have been added to the profile will be marked as Added on the page as shown in the below image.

9 Click on Profiles at the left panel to see the profiles just added by you in your account.
