Provide Feedback for Prospects

1 This feature lets you mark the accuracy of a business’ details in Ignite.

2 Search for prospects using the Global Search Bar.

3 Click here to get more information on Global Search Bar.

4 After entering the location and category in the search bar, you will be redirected to the Search Results page where you will see the prospects and their details for your search criteria..

5 To provide feedback on the accuracy of the data, click on the feedback icon as shown in the below image.

6 If you are happy with the Name, Address, Contact information and Category(s) provided on the card, then click on the thumbs up icon ().

7 If you find that the information provided is not accurate, click on the thumbs down icon (). When you click the thumbs down, a notification will be sent to the Buzzboard team who will verify the data and correct the errors (If found).

8 Profiles that were verified by the BuzzBoard team after the feedback was submitted, will be marked with a double check mark ()beside their business names.
