Introducing the New 360° Business Overview Page
We’re excited to share the redesigned Overview Page (previously called the Summary Page) in Ignite-a smarter way for sales teams to quickly understand any business prospect.
The new page pulls together key profile details, performance metrics, and recommendations into one clean, interactive view. Whether you’re getting ready for a meeting, planning outreach, or checking if a prospect is a good fit, the Overview Page helps you stay focused on what matters most.
From digital footprint strength to competitor signals and suggested next steps, everything is organized to help you spot opportunities and make faster, better decisions.
What’s new:
- Simpler design: A modern layout that makes navigation easier and puts the most important info front and center.
- Smart insights: Real-time recommendations you can act on right away.
- All-in-one view: Essential business details in one place, saving you time.
With the Overview Page, sales reps can walk into any conversation fully prepared-with the right context, insights, and clear next steps to engage prospects more effectively.
Profile
1 Click on “Profiles“ in the
navigation menu.
2 Click on any profile card to navigate
to the “Overview” Tab
3 The Overview Page in Ignite brings all the important details of a business into a single, easy-to-navigate tab. Here’s a step-by-step guide to understand and use its features:
- Business Information Card: Shows mandatory business details and BuzzScore, with options to regenerate profile or download as a PDF/PPT.
- Business Summary: A quick snapshot of the business’s core activities.
- Firmographic: Key facts like size, industry, and location.
- Contacts: Provides available contact details for the business where available.
- Strengths: Highlights what the business is doing well.
- Digital Gaps: Identifies areas where the business is lacking.
- Target Audience: Brief overview of who the business is targeting.
- Competitor Advantages: Outlines how this business compares to competitors.
- Strategic Recommendations: Suggested steps to improve digital presence.
- AI Assist: Allows you to ask questions and get detailed insights instantly.
- Conversation Starters: Suggestions on how to start your conversation that are tailored to the business and their needs
- Product Recommendations: based on the data signals and your particular product offerings (if you have not customized this area, reach out to your Customer Success Manager)
- Personalized Emails: Pre-generated outreach emails in Single Send & Cadence formats.
Expanded Functionality
The Overview Page doesn’t just display insights-it also equips you with quick actions to manage, share, and refine business profiles.
1 Profile Regenerate
- Use the “Regenerate Profile” button to refresh the business profile with the latest available data.
- This ensures you always have up-to-date information before reaching out to a prospect.
2 Download Options
- Click on Download Reports to export the PDF/ PPT reports of the profile. Maintaining consistency with earlier functionality.
3 Action Options (Dropdown Menu)

Clicking on the Action Dropdown reveals
additional tools to manage a profile:
- Sync: Updates the profile with the latest synced data from connected sources.
- Archive: Moves the profile into an archived state for record-keeping or reduced clutter.
- Notes & Context: Add or view your internal notes related to the business.
4 Customize
- You can HIDE and SHOW the required cards.
5 Edit Profile
- By clicking the EDIT CTA, a popup window appears.
- Here, you can manually update the profile details such as business name, category, or other editable attributes.
6 Redirect to Detailed Pages
- Certain cards (e.g., Strengths) include an arrow icon.
- Clicking it redirects to a dedicated inner page with the complete SWOT analysis and more details.
7 Copy Functionality
- Each card includes a Copy icon.

Depending on the card type:
- Contacts & Firmographic copy as images.
- Other cards (e.g., Digital Gaps, Recommendations) copy as text.
- This makes it easy to paste insights directly into presentations or emails.
8 Expandable Cards
- Cards like the Digital Gaps and Strategic Recommendations include an Expand icon.
- Clicking it opens a more detailed view without leaving the Overview Page.
9 Personalized Emails from Overview
- You can send emails directly from the Overview Tab by clicking “Send Email” (available only if contact details exist). You will also want to connect your email platform in BuzzBoard settings so the emails come directly from your email address.

Before sending, you can:
- Modify the recipient contact information.
- Attach reports (PDF/ PPT) to the email.
Competition Tab
This guide will walk you through the features of the Competition tab, helping you understand and analyze your competitive landscape.
1 Accessing the Competition Tab: You can access the Competition page by clicking on the Competition tab or the More option within the competitive advantages card. This page provides a high-level overview and a detailed analysis of your competitors.
2 Competition Analysis:
The Competition Analysis tab offers an AI-powered analysis
of your competitors. You can view this analysis in both
an overview and a detailed format. To save or share this
information, you have the option to download or copy
the analysis.
3 Matrix Comparison:
Click on Matrix Comparison to see a side-by-side comparison
of all competitor signals against your base business.
This feature helps you quickly identify key differences
and similarities.
4 Managing Competitors:
- Deleting a Competitor: To remove a competitor from your list, simply hover over their BuzzScore. A delete option will appear, allowing you to remove them.
- Adding a Competitor: To add a new competitor, click the Add Competitor button.
