Taking Notes & Context

Use the Notes & Context feature to add Notes as well as Context during and after conversations with your prospects and/or customers. 

Note:

If your organization has integrated Salesforce with BuzzBoard, all reminders and notes you enter into the Notes page flow into your Salesforce account as ‘Tasks’

1 Click on the Profiles icon on the left navigation panel.

2 Click on a desired business profile card on the Profiles page.

3 You will be taken to the Summary page of the selected profile.

4 Click on Notes & Context from the Profile Actions displayed on the right-side of the Summary page. Notes & Context can be accessed from all the tabs available for a Profile.

5 You will be taken to the Notes & Context page. It has two tabs - Notes and Context. The Notes tab will be selected by default.

6 Enter the Title of the note and then type your message or note.

7 Use the Reminder field to set up a time and date for which you want to set a Reminder.

8 Click on the Reminder field and a calendar popup opens. Choose a date and time, and then click Set. BuzzBoard will send you a reminder email early in the day the reminder is set for. You can sync the reminders to your Google Calendar as well. To do so, you have to enable your Google+ account to sync with Buzzboard. Upload a file, if needed and click on Done to save your notes.

9 Browse and upload a file, if needed and click on Done to save your notes.

10 Once you save a note, you will be able to see it under the Notes tab.

11 You can edit or delete the note, by clicking the Edit or Delete buttons respectively.

12 To add more notes, you can click on Add Note.

13 The Context feature can be used to record the context of a conversation with a prospect/customer via email, message or a voice call. To do so, click on the Context tab.

14 Input details such as title and context.

15 Once you have entered the details, click on Done.

16 You can see the saved context under the Context tab.

17 Click on Edit to edit an existing context or Add Context to add a new context.
