Understanding Recommendations

Recommendations is BuzzBoard's recommendation module that proposes the solutions against the needs of each business. BuzzBoard generates a unique recommendations page based on the digital and technology signals missing from the business' Profile report.

Recommendations also generates customized content based on the opportunities identified that you can use to add value to each business' interaction. Recommendations page has been provided as a framework to help you get your conversation started.

How To Access Recommendations:

1 Click on the Profiles icon from the left navigation panel to navigate to the profiles page.

2 Find your business' profile card.

Note:

The Added Prospect tab will be disabled if you have not added any prospect earlier for the location you are searching for, as shown in the above screenshot.

3 Click anywhere on the profile card or click on the business name if you are in the list view.

4 From the tabs present in the header, click 'Recommendations' to see the BuzzBoard recommended products for the selected profile.

Note:

The recommendations are based on the profile's Digital marketing analysis.

5 Each card displayed on the recommendations page is a recommended product

6 Each card is divided into three parts namely

What we Found: It displays all the signals based on which the respective product was recommended.

What it means: It explains about the impact of the signals mentioned in "What We Found".

Why solving it is important: It displays meaningful Ignite which can help you to sell your product to the business.

7 Click on 'Notes & Context' in the upper-right options to add your notes. You can take notes before or during your sales conversation in this panel and they will be stored here for later reference.
