Request Contacts

Utilize the contacts’ information to reach your prospects faster!

1 Search for prospects using the Global Search Bar/Prospects Tab.

2 If contacts are available for a prospect, you will see a section called “Contacts Available” for that prospect.

3 The number of contacts that are available in Ignite is shown under Contacts Available.

4 However, if there are no contacts available for that prospect at present, this section will not show up on the corresponding business info card.

5 If you require more contacts for a prospect or if your prospect does not show any contact info in Ignite, you can easily request for contact info anytime as described in the article below.

Request Contact(s)

6 First, to view any contact data, you must add that prospect to your account. Click on the ADD button to add the prospect.

7 Click on the Profiles tab on left navigation and then click on the added profile card to view its details

8 On clicking the added profile, you will be redirected to the Profile Summary page, where you can see the available contact details for that profile which consists of the contact’s name, title and LinkedIn URL.

9 Use the REQUEST link at the bottom of this section to request for contacts. Please note that you can request contact data for any business only after you have added the profile to your Ignite account.

10 When you click on the REQUEST link, you will see the below popup:

11 Using this popup, you can request contacts for a specific role/department such as Sales, Marketing as well as provide custom requests.

12 To provide custom requests for contacts, select the “Others” checkbox. A text box will appear below the checkbox.

13 You can provide your custom request in this textbox.

14Once you are done, click on the REQUEST CONTACT(S) button to initiate the request process.

15 You can click on CANCEL if you do not want to request contact data.

16 After clicking on the REQUEST CONTACT(S) button, you’ll see the below popup.

17 Click on OK to close the popup and you can continue to check out other details of the profile

18 After the request is initiated, our team will send you an email within 24 hours, and provide you with additional contact details (if available) for that business. In case, they are unable to provide any additional contact details, the email will convey the same.

20 You’ll be able to see the newly requested contacts (if available) under the CONTACTS section in Summary Page for that profile.

Report Incorrect Contact Data

21 If you want to report incorrect data, you can do so by clicking the “REPORT” link, provided at the bottom of the Contacts section.

22 When you click on Report Incorrect Data, you will see the below popup.

23 Select the fields that you find incorrect for each contact. You can either select the fields individually or select All, to report issues with one or more contact fields.

24 Once you select the incorrect fields, click SUBMIT to report the incorrect contact information.

25 If you do not want to report issues in contact information, click CANCEL to clear the selections and stay on the same page.

26 Once you click SUBMIT, you will see the below popup.

27 You will also receive two email notifications, first when you report the incorrect contact information and second when our team has rectified the issue.
