How to use the Contacts Filter in the Search Filter Panel
1 Enter the Location and Search Intent in the bar at the top of the page. Click on the Magnifying Glass Icon, indicating search functionality, to initiate the search.
2 Locate the Contacts section in the Search Filter Panel.
3 Listed below are the signals under the Contacts Filter.
a. Contacts Available - Use this toggle to refine your search for businesses that have contact data available in their profiles.
b. Linkedin Presence - Use this toggle to refine your search for businesses that have Linkedin data available for the individual contacts.
c. Email Address - Use this toggle to refine your search for businesses that have Email Address data associated with their contacts.
d. Role - You can select specific roles to find the businesses in BuzzBoard who have contact data for each employee at that level.
Note:
Linkedin Presence, Email Address and Roles are not enabled until you toggle the Contacts Available filter to YES and it turns green
4 AND/OR : By default, the toggle will be “AND” in between the various sections. Choosing the AND option within the contacts filter will give you the results that have all the selected values as TRUE.
Example: The selection in the image above shows count (85,563) of businesses having contacts details of C-Level or VP Level having Linkedin and Email Address
5 Click on Find to get the results based on the filters applied
6 You can now view the number of employee contacts available on the Business Info card. This means that while you are on the Search Results Page you can get Ignite on the contacts available for that particular business. You can then get the deeper information on these contacts once you add the profile.
How to use the Contacts Filter in the Profile Filter Panel
1 Locate the Contacts section in the Profile Filter Panel
2 Given below are the signals under the Contacts filter
a. Contacts Available - Use this toggle to refine your added profiles for businesses that have contact data available.
b. Linkedin Presence - Use this toggle to refine your added profiles to find businesses that have Linkedin data in the contact details
c. Email Address - Use this toggle to refine your added profiles to find businesses that have Email Address data associated with their contacts.
d. Role - Use the checkboxes to refine your added profiles to find those businesses that have contact data for the specific employee level.
Note:
Linkedin Presence, Email Address and Roles are not enabled until you toggle the Contacts Available filter to YES and it turns green
3 On the Profile Summary Page, you can view the contact details on the Contacts card.
