You will be taken to the Profile Summary page.
You will see the menu actions on the right side of the page. Click on Download.
You will see the below popup. PDF will be selected by default. You need to click on the G-Slide tab.
When you click on G-Slide, select the Comprehensive Presentation and click on Generate.
The presentation will open up in a new tab in the Google Slide format and will be ready to use. BuzzBoard will sync this presentation to your Google Drive.
You can share the presentation with the prospect and/or your team members by using the share functionality available on the Google Slides platform.
Whenever you regenerate a profile, or edit the profile information followed by regeneration, a separate version of the Google Slides presentation (with a different URL) will be created. The new version will contain the updated information.
The previous version(s) of your presentation(s) will remain intact on your Google drive. Any changes made to them by you will not be impacted.
The slides get synced automatically, if the profile was synced to your CRM. You can see that under the BuzzBoard Asset section of your CRM. The 10 latest versions will be stored and available for use.
