Category Coverage

With our new Category Coverage feature you can explore all categories that match your given keyword in the search bar. You can easily select the categories in which you want to prospect and add the relevant prospect(s) to your funnel.

Note:

The Category Coverage tab will only be available if you are searching for prospects using a keyword.

1 To start your keyword search, enter the Location and a relevant Keyword in the global search bar to find prospects you are interested in.

2 Once you enter the location and the keyword, click on the Search icon.

3 You will now be directed to the prospects page and presented with a list of prospects.

4 To explore all categories that match your given keyword, click on the Category Coverage tab next to the New Prospects tab.

Note:

The number of profiles may change based on your keyword selection and the unique category the business can be found in. Multi-location businesses will still be considered as unique.

5 When clicking on the Category Coverage tab you will see all possible categories that match your given keyword.

6 Categories are organized in 4 groups: Exact Match | Full Match | Partial Match | Synonyms. Each will display the count of prospects available in that group.

Note:

There should be only one category in the Exact Match and the other tabs will be available only if there are categories matching that particular group.

7 By default all the categories will be selected, you can clear all and select only those you wish to include from each group/tab.  The color legend at the bottom of the page shows the highlighted color for what is considered a Primary Category vs. what is considered a Secondary Category.

8 After selecting the desired categories, click on the View Prospects button, at the right bottom of the screen, to view the prospects in the selected group/tab (Exact Match / Full Match / Partial Match / Synonyms). Click on the View Prospects - All Selected Matches to view all prospects in any of the matched categories in all tabs.

9 By clicking on View Prospects / View Prospects - All Selected Matches button, you will be redirected to the prospects page displaying all the prospects for the categories that you have selected. You can also view the selected categories in the filter panel on the left.

10 Click on the Add button to the right of the prospect to add them to your account and run a complete profile. You can select multiple prospects by clicking on the checkbox to the left of the business name and then clicking on Add To Profiles in the slide out action menu to the right of the screen.
