Profile Regeneration & Filtering

Now you can easily regenerate the Profiles added to your account. You can sort and filter your profiles based on the generated date and BuzzBoard will also be able to notify you to regenerate a Profile that is older than 6 months so you are not working with stale data.

Regenerate A Profile

1 To regenerate a Profile, Go to the profiles page by clicking on the Profiles menu on the left main navigation.

2 In the Profiles page, choose the Profile you want to regenerate and click on the Regenerate icon displayed on the profile card.

3 Clicking on the icon, you will be prompted with a message. In the prompt, simply click on the Yes button to regenerate your profile.

4 Please note that the existing Regenerate Profiles action menu is still available for you.

4.1 You can select multiple profiles at a time for regeneration.

4.2 You are still able to regenerate the profile in the detailed view by clicking on the Regenerate Profile option on the right side menu.

5 On the Profile card, you will be able to view the Added On date along with the Generated On date which is reflective of the last time the Profile was generated or regenerated.

Sort And Filter Profiles By Generated Date

6 You can simply sort the Profiles based on the last generated date by selecting the Generated On option in the sort options dropdown above the profile cards. By default, the profiles will be sorted by the generated date.

7 To filter the profiles in your account based on the generated date, go to the filter panel under Profiles and scroll down and choose the Added & Generated Date filter.

8 Below the Added Date, enter From & To Generated Dates and click on the apply button at the bottom of the filter panel.

9 Clicking on the Apply button, you will be able to view all the profiles that were generated based on the chosen dates.

Notification To Regenerate

BuzzBoard will notify you to regenerate a Profile that is older than 6 months from the current date so you are not working with stale data.

10 On the Profiles page, click on any of the profiles to view the detailed Ignite.

11 In the profile detailed view, you will see a prompt if the profile is older than 6 months to encourage you to regenerate for the latest data available.

12 To regenerate, click on the Yes, Regenerate button. If you do not want to regenerate, click on Cancel or the ‘x’ to close the window.
