How To Filter For Businesses With Google Reviews & Ratings

Now you can easily filter for businesses with or without Google reviews & ratings and add these ideal prospects to your BuzzBoard account. You can also use these filters for businesses that you have already added to your account.

1 To filter the businesses that have Google Reviews/Ratings, click on the Prospect menu in the main left navigation.

2 In the left filter panel, scroll down and click on the Local section.

3 In the Local section, you will find options to filter by:

  • Google My Business Listed
  • Google My Business Claimed
  • Google Reviews
  • Google Rating

4 To filter for prospects that have Google Reviews, first toggle the Google My Business Listed filter to the right and then toggle Google Reviews filter to right. The Google Reviews filter will be enabled only when the Google My Business Listed filter is ON.

Note:

If you want to exclude the businesses that have Google Reviews, move the toggle to left.

5 To filter for prospects based on the Google Rating, choose your preferred range in the ‘From & To’ fields in the Google Rating filter. The ratings are from 1 - 5.
The Google Rating filter will be enabled only when the Google My Business Listed & Google Reviews filters are ON.

6 In the applied filters right panel, you can see these applied filters and the count of prospects that apply for the chosen location.

7 Along with Google filters, you can also add any additional filters desired in the filter panel and click on the Find button at the bottom of the filter panel.

8 Clicking on the Find button allows you to see the list of prospects based on the filters that you have applied.

9 Simply click on the Add button to add the prospect to your BuzzBoard account.

10 If you would like to add these prospects in bulk, click on the Select Prospects checkbox and enter the number of prospects you would like to add and click the Add To Profiles button.

11 To filter for businesses that have Google Reviews in your already added Profiles, click on the Profiles menu in the main left navigation.

12 In the Profiles filter panel, click on the Digital Marketing Signals section.

13 In the Digital Marketing Signals section, scroll down to the Local filters section.

14 To filter for profiles that have Google Reviews, first toggle the Google My Business Listed filter to the right and then toggle the Google Reviews filter to right. The Google Reviews filter will be enabled only when the Google My Business Listed filter is ON.

Note:

IIf you want to exclude the businesses that have Google Reviews, move the toggle to left.

15 To filter for prospects based on the Google Rating, choose your preferred range in the ‘From & To’ fields in the Google Rating filter. The ratings are from 1 - 5.
The Google Rating filter will be enabled only when the Google My Business Listed & Google Reviews filters are ON.

16 Now click on the Apply button to see the Profiles that have Google Reviews and any rating filter that you have applied.

17 Clicking on the Apply button, you can see the list of Profiles that have Google Reviews and the rating in the selected rating range you selected.

18 To see the businesses Google Reviews & Rating, click anywhere on the Profile card.

19 Clicking on the Profile card, you will be navigated to the Profile summary page.

20 In the Profile summary page, scroll down to the Google Reviews section/card tto see the business's Overall Google Rating and total count of Google reviews along with 3 relevant Google reviews of the business. Clicking on the total reviews count redirects the user to the GMB page, where the user can see all the reviews.

21 You can also see these signals in the business profile detailed page. To go to the detailed page, click on the Detailed tab next to the Summary tab.

22 In the detailed page, scroll down to the bottom and click on the Google Reviews accordion.

23 Under Google Reviews, you can see the percentage (%) of Negative, Neutral & Positive reviews.

24 Click on "Review Summary" to navigate to the inner page. Here, you will find the review summary in graphical representation along with the relevant reviews.

25 In the review summary bar graph, the User can see the number of reviews against the particular rating. Example - The screenshots below indicates 104 reviews with a rating of 5.

26 You can also go to the Google My Business listing page to access all reviews by clicking on the More link below the relevant reviews.
