Converting a Competitor into a Profile

Convert a possible business, who also is a competitor, into a profile by just a click.

A possible business who is also a competitor now can be converted into a profile by just a click. When a relevant business is on the competitor’s list of a Business you are currently analyzing, you can convert them as your next upcoming lead. Hence a competitor can also be referred as a potential customer.

1 Click on the Profile icon from the left navigation panel.

2 Find your business’ profile card.

3 Click anywhere on the profile card or click on the business name if you are in the list view.

4 From the tabs in the header, click on the Competition tab to analyze nearby competitors.

5 Hover your mouse cursor on any of the competitor’s Business Name/BuzzScore listed on the competition page.

6 Now click on the Convert to Profile button from the hover up list.

7 The Business would be added to your Profile list.
