Download Profile Reports
Profile reports are a great way to keep important information handy especially when you engage with your prospects or customers and want to draw their attention to few important aspects about their business. We offer multiple types of reports as downloadable PDFs so you have a variety of options to choose the most relevant reports type(s) for your sales conversations and customer engagements.
You can download the profile reports from the below mentioned pages:
A. Directly from the Profiles page
B. From the Detailed Profile page using the ‘Download’ action
Additionally, you can also export the complete profile details as a CSV right from the card view on the Profiles page.
Directly from the Profiles page
1 Click on the 'Profiles' icon in the left main navigation.
2 Select the one or more businesses that you wish to download the reports for. Click on the check boxes as shown in the below image.
3 You will see a slide-out from right with all the actions that are possible for those selected profiles.
4 Click on ‘DOWNLOAD’.
5 On clicking the DOWNLOAD button, a popup appears that provides you an option on the various report types under the PDF tab as shown below:
- Detailed Profile Report - The Detailed Profile report contains all the data and Ignite from each tab within the detailed section.
- Compact Profile Report - The Compact Profile report is a condensed version of the Detailed Profile Report and only displays specific data from each section.
- Competition Report - The Competition report contains competitor information for the selected businesses.
- Google Ads Report - Google Ads report contains information on paid search, organic search, top keywords, paid promotion, etc.
- Display Ads Report - Display Ads report contains data on all promotional activities.
6 Select the desired report and click on the DOWNLOAD button. You will receive the reports for all the selected businesses via email.
7 Click on CANCEL to go back to the Profiles page without downloading any report(s).
8 You can also click on the PPT tab and you’ll see an option to download Comprehensive report. Selecting that option will download the PPT version for the Comprehensive report (similar to Compact report) only.
Note:
This option is only available for one business at a time.
From the Detailed Profile page using the ‘Download’ action
1 Click on a profile card to navigate to its Profile Detail page.
2 On the Profile Details page, you will see a DOWNLOAD action on the right side of the page.
3 Clicking on the DOWNLOAD button will open a pop up with multiple options of reports to download.
4 Select the desired report and click on the DOWNLOAD button to save the report on to your desktop.
Note:
The DOWNLOAD option can be found on the Summary, Detailed, and Competition tabs of the Profile Details page. Clicking on DOWNLOAD in the Summary tab displays a pop-up of all available reports. Select your desired reports and click on the DOWNLOAD button in the pop-up to download them.
Export the profile details as a CSV right from the card view on the profile page
1 Once you select profiles as shown below, you will see EXPORT AS CSV option on the right.
2 Users can export CSV for selected profiles or all profiles in the account. Click SUBMIT to proceed further.
3 After you click on EXPORT AS CSV button, BuzzBoard will generate a report and share the download link to your registered email address.
4 Clicking on the DOWNLOAD FILE button will save a CSV format of the report for multiple profiles on your desktop.
