Regenerating and Downloading the Competition Report

Regenerate a Competitor’s Profile before downloading its Report
The digital world is in a state of constant change, which means looking back on a past report may not provide you with the most current state of events. Each BuzzBoard report is a snapshot of a particular moment, reflecting the data from the last time it was refreshed. In order to provide businesses and customers with fresh Ignite, use the Regenerate option to keep your Competition profile analysis up to date.
Note:
Regenerating the report will update and replace all prior data. To reference prior data, Download the current report prior to regenerating.
1 Click on the Profiles icon from the left navigation panel.
2 Click on a desired business’ profile card on the Profiles page.
3 You will be taken to the Profile Summary page. The Summary tab is selected by default.
4 Click on the Competition tab to analyze nearby competitors.
5 In the Competition tab, you will see the selected business profile along with its competitors’ details.
6 Hover your mouse cursor on a competitor’s business Name/Buzz Score that you want to update. You will see a list of options.
7 Click on the Regenerate option from the list.
8 The Competitor will reload with up-to-date information.
9 You can now download the updated Competition Report by clicking on the Download option present on the right-hand side of the Competition page.
