Share -Profile/Competition Reports
Share the Profile and Competition reports you generate to keep your conversations with businesses going. You can download and save these documents for later use, or use our Share feature to email them directly from BuzzBoard. This will enable you to keep track of which BuzzBoard materials you’ve sent to whom and, more importantly, monitor whether or not they’ve been opened.
How to share the reports:
1 Click ‘Profiles’ from the left navigation panel.
2 Find your business’ profile card.
3 Click anywhere on the profile card (If in the card view) or click on the business name (If in list view) to view the profile details page of a particular profile.
4 Click Share or Email from the options displayed on the right-hand side of the page.
5 Choose the report which you want to share by checking the box.
6 The relevant body of the email will be automatically displayed, once you click on the checkboxes. You can also edit the body of the email if required.
7 Click on ‘Send’.
8 You can track the sent emails in the Email log tab.
