AI-Powered Context
The feature intends to utilize AI capabilities for delivering AI-Powered Context within the Ignite platform, Chrome extension, and other integrations. The main objective is to empower sales representatives with content that emphasizes Business Context for each profile.
Prospects
1 Search for prospects in the global search bar by entering the location and a Business Category/URL/ or Keyword.
2 To add prospects, simply click the "Add" button. You can also select multiple prospects by checking the corresponding checkboxes next to each business name.
3 After clicking on Add, a pop-up will appear as shown below. Users can select or deselect product(s) based on their preferences and click Done to continue.
Profile
View the AI-Powered Context
1 The Context will be displayed on the profile summary tab within the Context Card.
2 Users can copy the generated context by clicking "COPY TO CLIPBOARD" and pasting it according to their needs and required use.
3 Clicking on the "Thumbs Up" option will display the pop-up below. Users can provide feedback on what they like about the content.
4 Clicking on the "Thumbs Down" option will display the pop-up below. Users can provide feedback on what they dislike or don’t agree with.
5 Clicking on "More," will bring users to the content tab where users can regenerate the content within the Context Tab.
6 Users can choose to generate several different responses by clicking on any of the preset prompts displayed.
7 A pop-up will appear as shown below. Click the submit button to proceed or click the cancel button to take no action.
8 Users can modify the selected product list by clicking the modify button.
9 Users can select or deselect the listed products according to their preferences. Click Done to proceed or close out the window to cancel and make no changes.
10 When clicking on ‘Done’, the new products will be updated in the prompt and will generate new content.
Note:
Only products created or added by the admin are visible in the pop-up. To have these changed, contact your administrator.
11 Re-Gen: When the user clicks the "Re-Gen" button, new content will be generated for the context. Please select “Yes Regenerate” to proceed further.
12 The user can access the previous content through the carousel arrow. (Example <⅗>)
Note:
Users can regenerate the content up to 10 times after which the CTA will be grayed out. Please allow between 45-90 seconds for content to regenerate.
13 Download: By clicking on "Download," the context content will be downloaded in PDF format.
14 Sync To CRM: By clicking on "Sync To CRM," users will be able to send and access this content in their respective CRM.
Note:
This option is only available if BuzzBoard is integrated with your CRM.
AI-Powered Context In The Chrome Extension:
1 The AI-Powered Context is also accessible in the BuzzBoard Chrome Extension. You can find them under the Content Tab.
2 Users have the choice to regenerate the content by clicking the "Re-Gen" button. Additionally, they can easily copy the content with a single click by selecting "Copy to Clipboard".
Note:
Users can regenerate the content up to 10 times after which the CTA will be grayed out. Please allow between 45-90 seconds for content to regenerate.
