AI-Powered Business Summary & Digital Section Analysis

The feature aims to leverage AI capabilities to provide an AI-Powered Business Summary and Digital Section Analysis within the Ignite platform, Chrome extension and across various integrations. The primary goal is to empower sales representatives with valuable Ignite that can enhance their sales approach, enabling them to identify opportunities, offer personalized solutions efficiently, and pinpoint potential prospects for their products or services.

Prospects

1 Search for prospects in the global search bar by entering the location and Business category/URL/keyword.

2 To add prospects, simply click the "Add" button. You can also select multiple prospects by checking the corresponding checkboxes next to each business name.

3 To access the details of the added prospects, click on the "Profile" tab located in the left sidebar. From there, you can navigate to the profile details page of each prospect by clicking on their respective names or profiles.

4 The Business Summary will be visible on all profile business information cards, including the summary tab, detailed view, and all other tabs.

5 Each section contains an analysis. Users have the option to either click the "Expand" button to view the analysis for all sections or click the arrow icon within each section to individually view the analysis.

AI-Powered Summary & Digital Section Analysis In TheChrome Extension:

1 In the Chrome extension, the summary is accessible in both the "Profile" tab and the "Category Ignite" tab. Users can access the analysis by clicking the down arrow next to the summary section.

2 In the Chrome extension, every section contains its own analysis. You can access this analysis by clicking on the arrow icon next to each section.

Regeneration:

1 By clicking on the "RE-GEN" button, users can regenerate the content. The content will be updated. This is applicable to both the summary and analysis sections.

2 Click on “ Yes, Regenerate” to proceed further.

Thumbs Up / Down :

1 Users can provide feedback for the generated content by clicking on the Thumbs Down and Thumbs Up buttons. This will notify the BuzzBoard team and appropriate action will be taken.

2 Clicking on the "Thumbs Up" option will display the pop-up below. Users can provide feedback on what they like about the content.

3 Clicking on the "Thumbs Down" option will display the pop-up below. Users can provide feedback on what they dislike.

You can also sync the AI-Powered Business Summary and Digital Section Analysis to your CRM or Marketing Automation tools if integrated.
