AI-Driven Emails & Email Teasers
AI-powered emails can help sales representatives reach out to potential clients in a more personalized and effective way. By using AI to generate personalized emails, sales reps can save time and focus on building relationships with prospects.
Prospects
1 Search for prospects in the global search bar by entering the location and a Business Category/URL or Keyword.
2 To add prospects, simply click the "Add" button. You can also select multiple prospects by checking the corresponding checkboxes next to each business name.
3 After clicking on Add, a pop-up will appear as shown below. Users can select or deselect product(s) based on their preferences and click Done to continue.
Profile
1 In the detail profile page, click on the Content tab to access AI-generated content.
2 Click on the Emails Tab.
3 By default, the Email sub-tab is selected with the Single Send email format, which means that the user can send only one email at a time.
4 All the default emails are generated in the right panel.
Sender Email :
1 Sender's email address will be displayed in the left panel. The email will be triggered from this email address. Users can update the sender's email address by clicking on the update button.
Email Recipient:
1 Users are able to choose default contacts by checking a box or add contacts manually. The first name and email are mandatory when adding a contact.
2 Users can customize their email settings according to their preferences.
Email Word Count: Users can choose the word count of their emails from a dropdown menu.
3 Number of Emails to Generate: Users can pick the number (2 to 5) of email variations they want to generate.
4 Email Tone: Users can change the email tone to match their preferences. They can choose a tone before generating an email.
5 Users can select the type of email they want to write, such as a Cold Sales Email or a Follow-Up Email.
6 Click on “Generate” CTA to generate new sets of emails with your current preferred settings.
Note:
The "Generate" button is only available for use after the user has made changes to the left panel. The user can only “Generate” a maximum of 5 times. After that, the button will be grayed out.
7 Select the email by clicking the checkbox and enter the recipients' email addresses. Then, the Send Email option will be enabled. Clicking on that option, the email will be sent.
8 Sales representatives can use personalized Email Teasers powered by AI to grab potential clients' attention, drive more sales, and achieve greater business success.
9 Email Teasers are similar to emails in terms of functionality, but they have a different word count.
Sync To CRM
1 The "Sync to CRM" option should be exclusively accessible to CRM-integrated users. To access the corresponding email content in their CRM, users can click the "Sync to CRM" button.
