AI-Driven Emails Cadence

As you already know, users have the option to choose "Single Send" to trigger a single email. Click here to learn more about Single Send.

Users can create email cadences and automate triggers based on their requirements.

Prospects

1 Search for prospects in the global search bar by entering the location and a Business Category/URL/ or Keyword.

2 To add prospects, simply click the "Add" button. You can also select multiple prospects by checking the corresponding checkboxes next to each business name.

3 After clicking on Add, a pop-up will appear as shown below. Users can select or deselect product(s) based on their preferences and click Done to continue.

Profile

1 In the profile page click on the content tab to access AI-generated content.

2 Click on the Email Tab.

3 By default, the single email format is selected under the email tab. To create a cadence, users need to switch to the "Cadence" option.

4 Please provide a cadence name between 3 and 13 characters to generate the cadence.

5 The recipient's email address should be automatically filled in if available.. Users can also enter additional email addresses as needed. Press "ENTER" to save.

Sender Email :

1 The sender's email address will be displayed in the left panel. The email will be triggered from this email address. Users can update the sender's email address by clicking on the update button.

Email Recipient:

1 Users are able to choose default contacts by checking a box or add contacts manually. The first name and email are mandatory when adding a contact.

2 As per the user requirement, users need to change the default settings of the left panel as we already mentioned in the single send instruction.. Refer to single send.

3 Generate the email cadence by clicking the "GENERATE" button. To restore the default settings of the left panel and start again, click "RESET."

4 The emails are generated in the right panel.

5 Users can choose between a Comprehensive or Shortened email. Select and Click "RE-GEN" to generate your desired version.

6 Users have the option to Edit each email in the cadence using the Edit button.

7 Click “SAVE” to save the edited text.

8 Users can regenerate individual emails multiple times by clicking the "RE-GEN" option. The "Re-Gen" limit is five times per email. After reaching the limit, the Re-Gen option will become unavailable.

Email Scheduler :

1 Schedule emails to be sent at particular times. The default setting is Instantly, 3 or 6 days. Customize these as you wish.

2 Be sure to click Update when done.

3 Users can remove emails from a cadence by clicking the trash icon next to each email.

4 To add more emails to your cadence, click the "+" button. Users can add up to four emails to the cadence.

5 To run the cadence, click the "RUN" button. To save a draft of the cadence, click "Save as draft."

6 Users have the ability to halt the cadence at any time by clicking the "STOP" button. This prevents the scheduled email from being sent to the recipient.
