Business Overview PDF Report
The goal is to equip sales representatives with personalized comprehensive digital business overview reports for their prospects and customers. These reports are designed to increase the conversion of prospects into clients by consolidating all critical business analyses into one very strategic document.
Key components of the report include:
- Business Overview
- Customer Analysis
- SWOT Analysis
- Digital State Summary & Analysis
- Competitive Analysis
- Product Recommendations
By providing this detailed insight, the aim is to significantly boost engagement and conversion rates.
Profile Setting:
1 Click on the down arrow in the profile icon.
2 Select the “Setting” option from dropdown.
3 Click the “AI” tab.
4 Provide the meeting link in the given placeholder.
Note - The meeting link above should be used in the overview pdf report so that prospects can directly schedule or request a demo.
5 Click on “Save”.
Prospects
1 Search for prospects in the global search bar by entering the location and Business Category/URL/or Keyword.
2 To add prospects, simply click the "ADD" button. You can also select multiple prospects by checking the corresponding checkboxes next to each business name.
3 After clicking on ADD, a pop-up will appear as shown below. Users can select or deselect their product(s) based on their preferences and click DONE to continue.
Profile
1 Click anywhere in the profile card, to view the detailed profile.
2 Click “DOWNLOAD” in the action menu.
3 Select the “Business Overview Report”.
4 Click “DOWNLOAD” to download the business overview report in your system.
