AI-Powered Product Recommendation

This feature leverages AI capabilities to deliver AI-Powered product recommendations across the Ignite platform, Chrome extension, and other integrations. The objective is to empower sales representatives with tailored recommendations for their potential customers to enhance the likelihood of converting prospects into clients.

Prospects

1 Search for prospects in the global search bar by entering the location and a Business Category/URL/or Keyword.

2 To add prospects, simply click the "ADD" button. You can also select multiple prospects by checking the corresponding checkboxes next to each business name.

3 After clicking on ADD, a pop-up will appear as shown below. Users can select or deselect their product(s) based on their preferences and click DONE to continue.

Profile

1 Click anywhere in the profile card, to view the detailed profile.

2 Click on the “RECOMMENDATIONS” tab

3 All recommendations are displayed in the "WHAT, SO WHAT, and NOW WHAT" format. This content can help you strategize conversations.

4 The right side will display stats for respective product recommendations, with a hyperlink for users to view the source page.

5 You can modify the product by selecting the "Modify" option. After modifying the product, the recommendation will regenerate based on your selection.

6 To download the PDF of the product recommendations, click on “DOWNLOAD”.

7 To copy the product recommendations, click on 'COPY TO CLIPBOARD’.

8 You can also access the product recommendations in the BuzzBoard Chrome extension.
