Introducing our latest enhancement in Salesforce, a robust bulk email sending functionality. This feature is designed to streamline email campaigns by providing advanced filtering options for leads, accounts, and their associated records. With integrated logging for tracking email statuses, comprehensive error handling, and validation of email fields, this functionality ensures your email campaigns are executed flawlessly.

Whether you're targeting a broad audience or a specific segment, this new feature will empower you to manage your email campaigns directly within Salesforce, making your outreach more effective and your workflow more efficient.

Setup

1 Install the most recent version of the BuzzBoard Salesforce application from the AppExchange.

2 Click on the “BuzzBoard Email” tab.

3 Use the filter to refine your search and select specific records to send the emails to.

Example: Lead Source = Email Demo

4 Click Apply to see the resulting count in the left panel.

5 Choose the email template you would like to send from the dropdown menu.

6 Click “Send Email” to trigger the emails.

7 Click “Confirm” to proceed further.

8 You can check the status in the “Email Log”.
