Add Competitors Using Google SERP
Introducing a new and exciting way to identify competitors by harnessing the power of Google's organic search results. This enhancement to our current "Add Competitor" feature allows users to select their preferred search type directly in the "Add Competitor" popup, making competitor identification more streamlined and effective than ever before.
Prospects
1 Search for prospects in the global search bar by entering the location and a Business Category/URL/or Keyword.
2 To add prospects, simply click the "ADD" button. You can also select multiple prospects by checking the corresponding checkboxes next to each business name.
3 After clicking on ADD, a pop-up will appear as shown below. Users can select or deselect their product(s) based on their preferences and click “DONE” to continue.
Profile
1 Click anywhere within the profile card, to view the detailed profile.
2 Click the “COMPETITION” tab.
3 The following popup will appear, displaying the default - “Search Engine Keyword” (Google SERP) listed. You can edit the location and Search Engine Keyword if desired, then click the search icon to get the updated Google SERP listings.
4 You can add a single listing by clicking the "ADD" CTA or choose multiple listings (up to 3) by selecting the checkboxes.
Note:
Marketplace and directory sites are suppressed, so the results may differ from your typical Google search outcomes.
5 Click “ADD COMPETITOR(S)” to include the competitor for analysis.
6 Competitor(s) added successfully. Click “OK”.
