Look-Alikes

Introducing the Look-Alike feature by BuzzBoard: a powerful tool designed to streamline your prospecting process. By analyzing the category, location, and other key signals of your existing prospects, the Look-Alike feature recommends similar high-potential leads. This enables sales reps to quickly discover new prospects that match the characteristics of their successful leads, significantly reducing the time spent on manual research. With the Look-Alike feature, you can enhance your sales strategy by identifying more qualified leads effortlessly and expanding your pipeline with ease.

Prospect

1 In the global search bar, enter a Location and enter the Business Name/Website URL and click on the Search Icon. (Note, you can choose to keep the ‘search for’ field blank if there is no particular focus desired.)

2 By clicking on the "Look-Alikes" tab, you can see more businesses similar to the one you requested.

Note:

If you are searching for a Business Name or URL (only) and you have requested Look-Alike businesses previously, you will be directed to your Look-Alike lists for that search.

3 Clicking on the ADD/Add To Profiles button, prospects will be added into your account. Click on the Profile menu in the main left navigation to view the profiles added into your account.

Profile

1 Click on “Profiles“ in the navigation menu.

2 Clicking on “FIND LOOK-ALIKES” will show you similar businesses. These businesses will share the same category, location, and digital signals.

3 Click "YES" to access similar businesses.

4 Similar businesses are displayed in the “LOOK-ALIKES” tab within the prospect section. You can access your Look-Alike requests here.

Homepage Look-Alikes Card

1 Clicking "FIND LOOK-ALIKES" on the profile card will display the requests on the homepage for easy access upon return. You can also click "GET MORE" to discover similar businesses.

Note:

When you haven’t requested specific Look-Alikes, the business profile you interact with the most will be displayed on the homepage card and BuzzBoard will recommend Look-Alikes for that business, which can be accessed by clicking on "Get More”. Those that are BuzzBoard recommended will appear in a “magenta” color.The “Look-Alikes” homepage card will be available after adding at least five prospects.
