Contact’s Personality Analysis

In today’s highly competitive sales landscape, understanding the nuances of client behavior is key to building stronger relationships and closing more deals. Our new Personality Analysis feature empowers sales representatives by providing AI-driven insights into their contacts’ personality traits, interests, and professional history.

This advanced tool allows sales teams to tailor their communication and engagement strategies based on deeper personal understanding, fostering more meaningful connections and enhancing overall sales performance. By leveraging these insights, sales reps can craft highly personalized approaches, ensuring more effective interactions and increased conversion rates.

Prospects

1 Search for prospects in the global search bar by entering the location and a Business Category/URL/or Keyword.

2 To add prospects, simply click the "ADD" button. You can also select multiple prospects by checking the corresponding checkboxes next to each business name.

3 After clicking on ADD, a pop-up will appear as shown below. Users can select or deselect their product(s) based on their preferences and click DONE to continue.

4 Click “ View profile” to be redirect to the detailed profile page.

Profile

1 Click anywhere in the profile card, to view the detailed profile.

2 The summary tab displays the available contacts along with their respective designations and departments.

3 You can edit (🖋️) or delete ( ) any contact by clicking the respective icon. To add a contact, both the first name and email address are required. You can also add new contacts or request them by selecting the “ADD” or “Request” buttons. If any incorrect information is displayed, you have the option to report the contact.

4 Click on the contact's name hyperlink to be redirected to their detailed contact page, where you can access an in-depth personality analysis.

Note:

A LinkedIn URL is required to generate a contact’s personality analysis. If a contact does not have a LinkedIn URL, the personality analysis will not be generated.

5 Click "DOWNLOAD" to save the personality analysis as a PDF.
