Getting started with Ignite

1 Buzz terms: Here are a few terms you need to familiarize yourself with to zip through the application.
- Global Search Bar: Enter a Category, Business name or URL or any Keyword for that matter along with the location in the Global Search Bar to search for prospects.
- Prospects: Prospects are the businesses/records that show up when you perform a search using the Global Search Bar. You can shortlist your prospects from this list and add them to your account. Adding them to your account generates a detailed profile report of these businesses. These can then be easily found under Profiles in the left main navigation bar
- Profiles: Profiles Are all the Prospects that you added to your customer base to look at their performance. You can be able to view the prospects performance only after you adding.

Signals and BuzzScore: The Profile of a
business contains many things including Signals.
These signals are quite significant for they not
only give you deeper Ignite into the business but
also build up to the BuzzScore of the business. The
BuzzScore is a cumulative score based on these signals
and is an easy metric to measure the health of the
business.

2 Discover Prospects
Enter a Category, Business name, URL or any keyword along with the location in the Global Search Bar to search for prospects. Or select the Prospect tab in the left Menu.

Once you get some prospects in the search results, use the filter panel to refine or revise your search results with ease. You can either deep dive into the prospect or stay on this page to add. businesses/prospects to your account.

3 Understanding the Profile
Use the filter panel to refine your profiles based on the signals or the products that you are targeting. Click on any prospect added to your account to view the Summary, Detailed, Competition, Category Ignite and Recommendation pages of the business.
