Hyper-personalized Emails, Teasers & Cadence

AI-powered hyper-personalized emails enable sales representatives to connect with potential clients in a more tailored and impactful manner. By leveraging AI & contact’s personality analysis to create these personalized emails, sales reps can save time and concentrate on nurturing relationships with prospects.

Prospects

1 Search for prospects in the global search bar by entering the location and a Business Category/URL or Keyword.

2 To add prospects, simply click the "Add" button. You can also select multiple prospects by checking the corresponding checkboxes next to each business name.

3 After clicking on Add, a pop-up will appear as shown below. Users can select or deselect product(s) based on their preferences and click Done to continue.

Profile

1 In the detail profile page, click on the Content tab to access AI-generated content.

2 Click on the Emails Tab.

3 By default, the Email sub-tab is selected with the Single Send email format, which means that the user can send only one email at a time.

4 All the default emails are generated in the right panel. Refer to this article.

Hyper-Personalized Emails

To enhance the effectiveness of your email, switch on the hyper-personalization toggle. This enables the AI model to take the recipient's personality traits into account, crafting a more tailored email that resonates with them.

1 Turn on Hyper-Personalization by toggling the switch. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to generate a hyper-personalized email that considers the recipient’s personality traits.

2 Click "Generate" to create a hyper-personalized email in the right panel.

3 Hyper personalized email should be generated in the right panel.

4 You can access the personality analysis of contact’s by clicking the respective name hyperlink.

Note:

Please note that hyper-personalized emails can only be generated for contacts with an available personality analysis.

Email Setting:

1 Choose contacts by checking the box next to their names.You can select multiple contacts at once to generate hyper-personalized emails.

2 Add contacts manually by clicking "Add Contact".

3 Customize the email settings as per your preferences, including choosing the Email Word Count from the dropdown menu.

4 Select the type of email you want to write, such as a Cold Sales Email or Follow-Up Email.

5 Click the "Generate" button to create a new set of emails based on your current settings. To reset settings, click "Reset", which will return all left panel settings to default.

Note:

Email Tone setting should not be applicable for hyper personalized emails.

7 After selecting the email click the Send Email option to deliver the email to the respective person. Make sure you can send one email at a time.

7 Sales representatives can use personalized Email Teasers powered by AI to grab potential clients' attention, drive more sales, and achieve greater business success.
